The trains

The trains are designed to combine high performance, safety, and comfort. Built on a robust, self-manufactured double bus frame with side and roof panels made of steel, they ensure high stability regardless of terrain.

The trains are 100% electrically powered, offering outstanding range and impressive performance to meet your needs. They provide a range of up to 240 km and an operating time of approximately 10 hours. With regenerative braking, advanced battery technology, and fast-charging capability, they are among the most modern and operationally efficient solutions on the market.

All trains are delivered with TUV approval..

The locomotives are designed for high performance and operational efficiency, featuring a 200 kWh (272 hp) electric motor with a peak output of 300 kWh (408 hp). They can handle challenging terrain with inclines of over 20% and are equipped with an air-hydraulic braking system from Wabco.

The 175 kWh battery pack from CATL ensures long lifespan and stable operation, with a guarantee of at least 80% capacity after eight years. The locomotives come with the CCS2 charging standard and a 22 kW charger, along with the option for fast charging at 100 kW per hour.

The driver’s cabin is equipped with heating/air conditioning, servo-hydraulic adjustable steering, and an advanced GPS-based multilingual guidance system.

The trains consist of two carriages with a total of 54 seats, or 52 plus one wheelchair space. The carriages feature four-wheel steering and are built with a robust steel construction.

Wide safety belts ensure stable and secure coupling between the locomotive and carriages, as well as between the carriages themselves.

For enhanced safety, the carriages are equipped with safety glass, warning lights, and an advanced camera system covering all carriages, along with an additional camera at the rear of the last carriage. LED lighting, both inside and out, ensures excellent visibility and creates a comfortable atmosphere. The carriages can be delivered with either open or enclosed designs.

Production

The trains are manufactured in Changzhou - China, a modern high-tech industrial city with approximately 5.5 million inhabitants, located about three hours outside Shanghai. The city is known for its strong industrial sector, where around 40% of companies have European or American owners. Changzhou has a long tradition of technological innovation and advanced manufacturing, ensuring high quality and precision in the production process.

The factory of Dorlin Electric Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd, is one of the worlds leading producers of trackless trains.

The production of the trains follows strict safety, quality, and environmental standards in accordance with European and international regulations. Each train undergoes extensive testing, including performance under various weather and terrain conditions, braking efficiency, and battery capacity.

The systems are fine-tuned based on test results to ensure optimal operational efficiency, comfort, and reliability.
